Who We Are
A quiet house for good skin
Pevöra is both a skincare collection and a clinic. We built it because the two have always belonged together: what you use at home determines how well anything done in clinic holds.
Our collection is deliberately short. A serum, a cleanser, a cream, an SPF — and the pieces we wear around daily life. Each formula earns its place, and each is chosen because we would use it ourselves, on real skin, in a real South African climate.
In clinic, Dr Gerard Thomas and our aesthetician Honey Fowlie work the same way: listen first, treat little, and let time do the honest part of the work.

Pevöra began with a simple observation: most people do not want to look different. They want to look rested, well, and unmistakably themselves.
As a medical doctor, Dr Thomas practises with restraint. He reads the face as a whole — proportion, movement, skin quality — and works in small amounts, at the right depth, for the right reason. If a treatment will not soften anything real, he will say so.
That philosophy now runs through everything here: a short product collection built on evidence, and a clinic where the consultation matters as much as the procedure.

Honey Fowlie

Every face tells a story. My role has never been to change that story. It is to restore confidence where it has been lost and enhance what already makes you unique.
I'm Honey Fowlie, the aesthetician at Pevöra by Dr Gerard Thomas. My work combines medical science with an artistic eye — restoring colour, improving skin quality and creating results that are refined, natural and uniquely yours.
With a background in fine art and advanced medical micropigmentation, I approach every face as a canvas — balancing proportion, tone and harmony to reveal the most confident version of you. Each treatment is personal, considered and built around your story, never a one-size-fits-all formula.
